Eric Charoonsak, Tier 3 Support for Hobby Lobby, has over 20 years of experience in IT support. He's held positions in leadership as a Help Desk Supervisor for a large oil & gas company, and a Desktop Support Manager and Information Management NCO for the Oklahoma Army National Guard. Additional roles throughout the years include vendor management, project manager, incident, problem, change and knowledge management.

ITIL and HDI Team Lead certified, Eric strives to help organizations grow and help team members advance. As HDI Oklahoma chapter President, Eric hopes to establish a great network of IT professionals that can share ideas and help push up the local IT community.
